How could someone drop a senior that is blind and must be terrified in a shelter environment.

There is NO veterinarian on staff,,,dogs are killed by the workers of the shelter. Please spare some an Unthinkable Death.
If you can't rescue,, please sponsor if you can,,,dogs with money get rescued faster,,,rescuers need all the financial help they can get !!
We always have the Best dogs !!
