Still listed and still nobody came for him... he was begging for his life
GARRET seems to know he is OUT OF TIME, he was begging for us to help him today when she saw us. This is pretty different than how he normally acts. He is so special and he wants to live.
I am an unaltered male, cream and blue merle Chihuahua - Smooth Coated mix. Shelter staff think I am about 1 year and 1 month old. I have been at the shelter since Nov 25, 2017.
