Without a miracle, blind pup Juliet will be euthanized at Valentine’s Day

"I didn’t deserve this. I promise I am a good girl.”

"Juliet" was a stray dog brought to the Harris County Animal Shelter in Houston, Texas. She has waited for days for someone to come, and not one person has stepped up, now she is out of time. Without a miracle, she will be euthanized at 7am Valentine’s Day.

To save her, we need funds for her vetting, a committed local foster, and a rescue before 7am Wednesday. If you are local and can open your home to this sweet girl, comment below and a volunteer will be in touch.

This is how Houston and Harris County treats their animals. Dogs come into the shelter in absolutely despicable shape all the time. This is a COMMUNITY problem we have dumped on the shelter and expect them to be able to fix with no resources. A community problem requires a community solution. We MUST do better. There is no excuse for this.
