Terrified pup clings to her favorite volunteer as she is formally placed on death row

The Miami Dade animal services is not the nurturing shelter, where dogs and cats receive care and attention before they find loving homes. In fact, it is the exact opposite.

In fact, Miami Dade animal services is a high kill shelter where the animals trapped in the facility are given just weeks and sometimes even just days to find homes before they are “humanely euthanized”.

Reba #A1937478, 3 yo terrier mix
Lovely in every way.. what’s not to adore about this beauty? She would be such an awesome family addition.. Gentle, sweet and attention seeking. She is available for adoption.

As he got the news, clinging to his volunteer, to find comfort in the only thing that makes him happy. Sad indeed. This boy wants so badly to be a lap dog. He will make someone such a loyal companion.
